I am really excited to get a start on this diet and hope to see results though I'm not expecting anything drastic for quite some time. Well thats all for today. Will add more tomorrow :)

Day 1
Okay so today is officially day 1. I didn't exercise today since its Sunday. This diet will either be a lot easier than i think or a lot harder. Today I made a salad dressing that is SO GOOD!!! I just mixed safflower oil with tomatoes, strawberries, parsley, sea salt, and lemon juice. My 16 year old sister tried it and she thought it was just as good as I thought it was. I'm really wishing I would have bought more strawberries because I seriously love them. I'm excited for my salad for dinner tonight so i can try my home made dressing on that. One of my all time favorite salad toppings is blueberries. I'm not sure how many people have tried this but it is incredible!! I much prefer it over tomatoes which it kind of tastes like a sweetened version of. Tonight I am going to freeze some bananas in the freezer and use them tomorrow morning to make a delicious smoothie. :) Smoothies are amazing. The only problem with tomorrow is I work from 9 am - 1:30 pm so I have to go jogging in the afternoon which I am not particularly excited about. It will actually be an afternoon jog all week until Friday.
