Okay!


Alright people this is it! The beginning of my journey to a healthier lifestyle. My starting weight is an absolutely embarrassing 238. My goal is 130. I'd also like to do a marathon. I'm currently jogging 3 and a half miles five times a week and hope to increase that soon. I'll also post a picture every week to see if any differences occur. Big words for someone who hates their body as much as I do. I really need to stick with this though!!
This is me and one of my best friends at her wedding last month, as you can see I have a lot of work ahead of me.
