Day 5

Okay today was really bad. I started out going jogging and having a strawberry banana smoothie for breakfast but then I ate left over dessert and food from yesterday :( I'm writing in here now because I have to work from 5-11:45 so I won't be wanting to write in here after that. Tomorrow I'm going to be good and definitely need to jog and then I need to rethink my game plan because I weighed myself this morning and it said that I gained back all the weight I lost yesterday so I need to figure this out. I don't like the way the food made me feel. I feel really heavy and gross so I want to continue to do the raw diet but I think that on Saturdays and Sunday's I can eat whatever I want within moderation. I also need to limit my online time and raise my time doing physical activities. I'm limiting myself to 2 hours online a day. 1 hour for school work and 1 hour for personal time and THATS IT! Well thats all I have for now I'll add more tomorrow and I shall weigh in :)
