I got home and it was time for my jog i felt so tired. The jog was really hard but that could be partially because its very windy today. I weighed myself today even though its not Saturday, I need to work on not doing that because it fluctuates so much. It did go down but I'm not going to update my progress except on Saturday's. I bought a cantaloupe today. I love it, its so good and juicy. I definitely had more energy over all.
So when I went grocery shopping I bought safflower oil instead of extra virgin olive oil because I hate the taste and apparently safflower oil had a study done on it and it lowered womens belly fat by over 6% so I think this may become a regular purchase except I bought it on sale and its kind of expensive regularly. I really want to make some salsa but i don't have anything i can use with it on this diet. I'm also very thirsty but supposedly you're not supposed to drink anything for 2 hours after you eat orelse it messes up the digestive enzymes.
Well I have a test in the morning so I will keep this short :)
